Manage the procurement of goods and services Production material supply tracking and management Procurement cost analysis and improvement Supplier development and management Procurement process compliance supervision Procurement organization and personnel construction management Localized business development Procurement skills training Fund payment planning and management Comply with and communicate the company\'s EHSMS, policies, EHS objective & planning, procedures, significant environmental aspects/hazards, EHS roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities, obligations, legal and other requirements, and any relevant EHS issues Communicate Emergency Response Plan Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and EHS incidents (including near misses) Job Scope: Research and identify new products for the Company in the market as and when required. Identify, qualify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure suitability and cost effectiveness of purchase. Monitoring and update pricing, issue PO to supplier and follow up with supplier to ensure delivery of goods. Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure that suppliers are meeting their contractual obligations Maintain database - update and file all material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders as per company\'s SOP Always ready to support ad-hoc tasks assign by the Company or superior. Job Related Experience: Preferably 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience in a large manufacturing company purchasing / procurement is required for this position(service outsourcing part). Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply Knowledge: Experience in bid and tender process. Supervisory and management experience .Business acumen, strategic and forward-thi nking mindset towards process improvement (via digitalization / transformation approach). Good knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM System) Proficient in writing and communication in both English and Mandarin due to job nature. Education: Degree or diploma in Business Administration/Construction Management/International Trade Qualifications and work experience in food related fields are scored. Communication: Good command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia Must have good communication skills (oral and written), be good at summarising and grasping key points Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and all levels of external parties Competencies (Core/ Intellectual/ Interpersonal): High level of integrity and meticulousness Strong people skills with pleasant personality.
