Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 25~35 years old, male is preferred, English proficiency, At least 2 years of relevant experience;

• Those who have work experience in large-scale construction units in the telecommunication industry are preferred, and they are required to have a certain understanding of telecommunication operation business, construction scenarios, workflow and technical requirements; the education is preferably related to telecommunication engineering;

• Those with a background in internal procurement of telecom operators (customers) are preferred.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILTIES:

• Based on customer requirements and the master plan for project delivery, formulate a plan for subcontracting team resources to complete the refresh of the resource status of subcontracting teams.

• Subcontractors expand sources, station at project sites, sort out resource requirements, and continue to source high-quality subcontractors to meet project delivery needs.

• Business negotiation, mining market information, good at comparative analysis, conducting price negotiations with subcontractors, effectively controlling procurement costs, and providing cost data for project budgets.

• Subcontractor inspection, certification, information maintenance, and regular optimization and elimination of subcontractors through delivery data to ensure the health of the resource pool.

• Urge the subcontractors to cooperate with Fiberhome to complete the start-up safety training, as well as the production of completion acceptance documents, clarify the work process, and assist the project team to cultivate high-quality subcontracting teams.
