Your Job:

Reporting to the Process Manager, who will be supporting the team in overseeing various projects / initiatives within the team. The SME is responsible in implementing and executing the projects / initiatives that are to resolve the operations issues, bringing the overall efficiency to the entire team. This person also must be able to effectively communicate his/her ideas and findings to both specialist and non-specialist within the team.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  • Analyze business scenario and work closely with Process Manager to determine on correct solution, ensure the solutions meets business needs and carried out in accordance to global compliance standards
  • Identify areas where technical solutions will improve business performance and with Celonis system knowledge will be added advantage
  • Identify and assess training needs for a given subject area
  • Working closely with Team Leader to understand and gather operation requirements.
  • Provide preliminary assessment on system capabilities against business requirements with the support and consultation from RPA consultant.
  • Perform UAT on the business solutions, implementation, monitoring and provision of post implementation support
  • Participate in Global / Regional projects impacting the operations, including requirements gathering, UAT, implementation of technical solutions and post implementation support.
  • Provide ongoing support and expertise in day to day operations, including some trouble shooting and issues resolutions.
  • Keep up to date and maintain high quality of training documentation, supporting respective Team Leader to update the relevant SOP on timely manner.
  • Deliver solid knowledge training, updates and briefings to team to ensure full understanding of process and procedures after each project / enhancement carried out.
  • Timely update the project status to manager and highlights any key impact to the operations.
  • Attend regular team meetings (with respective sub process Team Lead) to understand the concerns and operational issues from respective team and provide suggestions to improve or close the gaps to achieve overall KPI targets.
Essential Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years working experience of which at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in people and process management will be added advantage
  • Supply Chain / Procurement knowledge is a must.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Experience in process optimization and delivery of service improvement initiatives
  • Team player, self-motivated
  • Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross functional projects
  • Customer Focus and ability to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management skill and ability to drive changes
  • Min. diploma/degree, Qualification in business management or supply chain will be of advantage
  • SAP system, Celonis knowledge
  • Good knowledge of business, finance and supply chain concepts
  • Good presentation and project management skills
  • Competency in computer applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP FICO of advantage.
