We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain operations--covering procurement, inventory control, logistics, customs compliance, and supplier relations--to support both manufacturing and trading activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Supplier Management
Research, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, manage Approved Vendor List, review invoices, and explore cost-saving strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
2. Inventory & Demand Planning
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and determine reorder points to prevent stock-outs or excess inventory .
Coordinate with production and sales teams to align supply with market needs .
3. Logistics, Shipping & Customs
Manage import/export documentation (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading, HS codes) and liaise with shipping agents/forwarders.
Ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance, minimizing detention or demurrage fees.
4. Warehouse & Distribution Coordination
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure optimum storage, allocation, and dispatch .
Collaborate with 3PL or in-house teams to meet order timelines and maintain high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate shipping records, BOI certifications, and customs documentation.
Ensure compliance with trade laws, internal policies, and standards like Incoterms or ISO .
6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, cost per order, and delivery performance. Create monthly/quarterly supply scorecards .
Identify and implement process improvements--optimizing supplier programs, logistics, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Experience:
2-5?years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics--preferably within manufacturing/trading.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS?Excel and ERP systems ; knowledge of Incoterms, BOI processes, HS codes, and customs clearance.
Core Competencies:
Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
