An exciting Procurement Support Executive job has just become available at one of the most respected global medical devices manufacturing and production companies based in Kulim, Kedah. Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement in Sweden, this role is ideal for a procurement executive ready to take their career to the next level.

About the Procurement Support Executive Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for connecting and acting as a bridge between the global procurement teams and the global shared services, supporting and provide the highest quality service to units and vendors. You will also take the lead in vendor registration through MSP and vendor onboarding with shared services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure operational stability delivering highest quality service for internal customers and external vendors
• Support operational changes related to new procurement procedures and an active usage of the Spectra tool
• Support with rollout of the indirect purchasing policy / strategy, communicate, train and support GBS PTP and other Spectra users
• Provide analytical data (pricing, trends, etc.)
• Assist the procurement function in the creation and follow-up of the KPIs

To excel as a Procurement Support Executive, you will need to have the ability to work effectively alongside the global direct and indirect procurement teams, local indirect procurement and the global business services team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree and any other relevant degree
• At least one to two years of work experience
• Support evaluation of suppliers in line with MHC procedures in co-operation with business functions and category managers
• Resolve operational issues and complaint handling
• Strong team player, able to work effectively on cross-functional teams
• Results-oriented, self-driven and able to think analytically with strategic problem-solving skills
