Operation Excellence: Strong understanding of \'One Procurement\' category strategies and work on projects that impact the \'One Procurement\' team, work with internal Business Partners to harmonize specifications and decrease complexity e.g. by reducing the PR-PO turnaround cycle Challenge existing practices and make recommendations concerning improvement to standardizing and streamlining processes Provide timely analysis and resolution to issues relating to invoicing and order placement. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. Act as a lead, coordinating work but may not be a supervisor Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement to increase operational excellence and improve documentation of processes Support Operational & vendor issues, solves complex problems PO change management and evaluate the cause for change. Ensuring all KPIs are met / exceeded, monthly update to line manager is required Compliance and Processes: Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with relevant policies and procedures and documented properly to achieve excellent and consistent quality of work results, avoid compliance issues and allow for traceability of actions. Included activities: Execute procurement activities in line with policies and procedures (e.g. KC Procurement Guideline, company procedures, Code of Conduct, trade controls, etc.) Support the optimum use of procurement tools and systems e.g. Supplier Portal Perform job responsibilities in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Help to guide internal customers and suppliers in proper procedures to maintain the same ethical standards. Demonstrate strong ethics at all times even in the face of country culture with conflicting practices Essential Requirements: At least 5 -7 years working experience of which at least 3 years\' experience in people and process management A history of delivery of high quality purchasing services and information analysis and reporting Excellent command of English Language (mandatory request) Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, economics or related field. SAP / Coupa / Ariba / Taulia system knowledge Expertise in procurement methodologies and processes as well as negotiation tactics Strong knowledge of business, finance and supply chain concepts Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
