About the Role In line with the policies/procedures and under instructions/controls of a more senior procurement specialist, to provide/improve and communicate procurement activities/services with small to medium levels of complexity within agreed service levels and shortest delays so as to satisfy customers requirementsWhat to expect:Perform vendors master data management in an accurate and timely mannerEnsuring accuracy of information and compliance to requirement of vendor\'s dataParticipate in projects within own area by executing parts of projects. May at some point manage small projects.Deal with vendors on a daily basis.Prepare standard reports/presentations and statistical analysesIncrease knowledge and experience of purchasing techniques and of vendors/products/services.What will make you successful:A 3-year degree, a recognised buyer certification or a university degreeFor a 3-year degree, at least 3-5 years of experience and for university degrees at least 2 year of experience in procurement or related area (with customer interaction and exposure).Vendor Master Data ManagementStrong system and analytical skillsCritical thinking and evaluation skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to deal with ambiguity, creative problem solver and resourcefulAffinity with compliance and risk management is a plusProcurement and Vendor management experience is a plusCompetency Profile01.
