Responsibility:

• Identify and select vendors to procure products meeting criteria of price, quality, availability, and delivery dates.
• Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specification, and compliance. Follow up with the market trend to identify market requirements for current and future products.
• Process day-to-day sourcing, purchasing, and inventory planning activities with a focus on reducing cost or minimizing price increases without compromising quality and compliance with sourcing guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Co-ordinate with the Finance department with regards to suppliers\' invoice and payment issues.
• Review, monitor, prepare, and perform-database maintenance, report & record, the accuracy of procurement activities, and cost analysis.
• Undertake all other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by the management.

Requirement:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, multi-tasks, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Required languages \xe2\x80\x93 Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
