Job Description

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY

Purchasing:

Liaise with production and store for Purchase Request Issue Purchase Order Liaise with Suppliers Check and update goods delivery date Review deliveries against order placed Follow up outstanding delivery Issue complaint to suppliers in local and overseas Source suppliers to obtain quotation and compare prices among vendors Review inventories and update material purchase record. Keep track of shipment status and make sure shipment on time To coordinate and arrange the empty container pulling schedule based on production's plan and planners Do forecast on raw material procurement Maintain documents follow ISO standard Able to

communicate with supplier in Taiwan in Mandarin

Any other ad hoc.
