Job Description

What You'll Do:

Source and negotiate with local & overseas suppliers.

Drive cost savings through price negotiation and localization.

Coordinate with Sales & Engineering on parts approval and vendor qualification.

Prepare and calculate Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately for project costing.

Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.

Track purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.

1-2 years' experience in procurement/sourcing (manufacturing preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong negotiation, planning & organizational skills.

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Must be able to speak & write Mandarin (to liaise with China suppliers).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
