The Producer is responsible for overseeing the development and production of our projects. This includes being responsible for managing the production schedule, budget, and creative team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Producer will work closely with the admin team and artists to ensure the final render communicates our clients' messaging and meet our clients' needs.
As a Producer, you are able to:
Have a good understanding of industry standards and workflow with regard to relevant
past experience
Understand the design brief without guidance from senior team members and execute
the task autonomously
Ensure your work consistently meets expectations with occasional guidance.
Proactively communicate with the admin team and relevant artists regarding timelines
and issues pertaining to the project.
Have basic leadership skills to do basic guiding to our junior team members in projects
(a plus but not compulsory).

Duties include but are not exclusive to:
Have a good understanding in creating and manage project schedules and timelines for various projects
Able to oversee the entire production process from start to finish, including preproduction, storyboarding, asset creation, animation, post-production, and delivery
Able to assemble a team of highly skilled artists based on project's requirements and delegate roles accordingly
Have a good understanding in creating a brief for the production team based on sales meeting notes
Able to be the liaison between the client and the production team, keeping both parties updated on the status of the project and addressing any concerns that may arise
Work with clients
To understand their vision, objectives, needs and wants and convey their feedback to the production team
Ensure that they are satisfied with the project's progress at all times.
Work with the production team to understand their capabilities and limitations
Collaborate with
Project heads to ensure the project meets client's expectation
Production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with the Creative Director or project head to obtain their feedback, and ensure that all animation sequences align with the Creative Director's or client's vision
Archival of completed projects
Prepare creative presentations/decks
Managing vendors and freelancers to ensure that they deliver high quality work in a timely manner
Able to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and all members of the creative and production team
Assist Directors & HR and Operations Team in other areas where necessary
Assist in company events planning & welfare
