Confident in product demonstrations and engaging with walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Customer Engagement & Advisory
Provide professional product advice to customers on electrical appliances, including features, usage, and benefits.
Sales Support & Achievement
Promote and upsell electrical products to achieve monthly sales targets set by the retail outlet or management.
Product Display & Merchandising
Ensure product displays, POSM, and models are clean, updated, and aligned with brand standards.
Product Knowledge Sharing
Stay updated on product updates and educate customers and retail staff on product functions and advantages.
Customer Feedback & Market Trends
Gather customer feedback, monitor competitor products, and report key insights to the management team.
