Roles and Responsibilities: Develop creative marketing content and promotional materials that align the SPayGlobal\xe2\x80\x99s business strategies and objectives for both digital and print media; To maintain a deep understanding of current social networks, including emerging social media trends, especially those related to eWallet and Fintech; To produce effective written content and copywriting for PR and promotions on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google, websites, and displays that help build a heartfelt connection with prospective or existing users; To actively monitor multiple digital media platforms daily to keep track of feedback, comments, and discussions related to SPayGlobal and related topics, and respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and comments received via email, Facebook, and Instagram; To prepare press and news releases, narratives, feature articles, and other relevant material to build awareness and keep users informed about SPayGlobal\xe2\x80\x99s new developments and benefits; Ensure that all external messages and communications delivered to users and stakeholders align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and direction; Responsible for collecting relevant data and analyzing and measuring user sentiment and corporate reputation to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s communication activities; To build a strong and positive relationship between SPayGlobal and its customers. Skills and Knowledge Required: Analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills to collect relevant data and measure user sentiment and corporate reputation to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s communication activities; Content creation: Experience developing creative marketing content and promotional materials for both digital and print media; Copywriting: Excellent writing skills, including copywriting for PR and promotion on social media platforms, websites and displays; Creativity: A creative mindset to develop new communication ideas and strategies to engage with customers; Customer Service: Experience in providing excellent customer service, including responding to users\' inquiries and comments via social media and email.
