We are looking for a candidate that is capable of using his/her talent to present, promote and sell products/services of the MassARRAY\xc2\xae system by Agena Bioscience using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. At the same time, the candidate also must be able to maintain a good relationship with the existing customers by delivering excellent technical support whenever needed such as troubleshoots, correcting, and using diagnostic tools and utilities to resolve application problems. Successful candidates will be working in our main office at Histocenter (M) Sdn Bhd located in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. *Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed. • Candidates must have at least a Master\'s Degree in Genetics, Molecular Medicine, Biochemistry, or related life sciences.
• Bachelor graduates with 1-2 years of working experience as an Application Support Specialist, or in a Medical Laboratory will also be considered.
• Possess a strong knowledge of PCR (primer design and PCR workflow) and Mass Spectrometry.
• Self-initiative and able to work independently.
• Able to analyze and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Communicate well in English/Bahasa and possess effective presentation skills.
• Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
• Willing to travel (70% most of the time).
