Job Description

• Good understanding of products distributed (i.e., specifications, operation, and application etc.)
• Good at presentation and facilitation
• Team-spirited and good interpersonal skills
• Dynamic and strategic
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office application

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Optometry
• Preferably with minimum of 1 year experience in the ophthalmic or medical field

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos/training for educational institutions, hospitals, and clinics
• Conduct product presentations, understand business requirements, develop proposals and tender documents
• Provide application support on distributed products
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies, and authorities
• To communicate with the Technical Department and product principals on any information, comments, feedback, and complaints on products distributed
• Drive advocacy for company products with the delivery of up-to-date technical knowledge and market trend
• Monitor and report on any market information, competitor sales, and product strategies
• Participates in all trade shows, conferences, and other projects as determined
• Conducts all business activities following company policy, ethical standards, and compliance obligations
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
• Willing to travel outstation
