Tanggungjawab

• Assist in gathering and documenting detailed product requirements through client interviews, user research, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to uncover valuable product insights and improvement opportunities
• Create product specifications, wireframes, user stories, process flows, and other artifacts to effectively communicate product needs to engineering and design teams
• Track and report on key product metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to monitor product performance and identify areas for optimization
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, training materials, release notes, and knowledge base articles
• Support product managers with project coordination, planning, and execution tasks throughout the product development lifecycle
• Assist in developing product mockups, prototypes, and demo assets for product launches and presentations
• Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to our product space
