Job Description

01) Implementation of Marketing Campaigns and Events in all point of sales for the brands under the portfolio.

02) Responsible of Advertising and Promotion in both online and offline platform for the brands under the portfolio.

03) Conduct product and brand training to sales team and customer service team.

04) Responsible on each brand's inventory management.

05) Responsible on the brand awareness through online platform including of posting of Social Media content that provided by principal, creating online campaign, increase brand awareness and value. This shall include of the collaboration with Social Media Influencer. (There will be e-com team to support on the online sales).

06) Prepare and present Brand Sales and Performance Analysis Report to Management on monthly basis.

07) Consistently walk the market and understand the competitor and present analysis to the Management.

08) Work with Retail VM Team on product & brand display.

09) Work with customer service assistants on product & brands under the portfolio.

10) Work with in-house chef / culinary team on culinary events of the brands under the portfolio.

11) Meeting Buyers for New Product Listing & Major Promotion Campaign together with Key Account / Sales Team.

12) Recruit brand and product demonstrator (for electrical and cookware brand)

13) Assist Senior Marketing Manager in any Marketing Related job.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

brand management

, preferably in

electrical products

or FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional strategies (both online and offline).

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management, sales teams, and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and present performance and competitor analysis reports.

Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Willing to travel and conduct regular market visits.

Able to speak fluently and write in Mandarin & English.

Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with minimum supervision.

Possess own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
