Join us in our quest to revolutionize personalized healthcare. CircleDNA is looking for a Business Analyst to join us and grow our Digital Health team. You will understand both external and internal stakeholders requirements and translate them to technical requirements. Reporting into the engineering team, you will own multiple project lifecycles, coordinate with stakeholders on priorities and the engineering teams on end-to-end delivery through to ongoing support and maintenance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements from the marketing team to drive e-commerce website and web-app development Writing tickets on Jira, essential acceptance criteria and supporting the quality assurance process to ensure a high quality outcome Following up closely on business requirements and timelines to ensure reviews and approvals are done on time Assisting with weekly sprint planning and grooming sessions with engineers Leading website UAT sessions between engineers and marketers Working closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to support and facilitate internal stakeholder communication Assisting in prioritizing feedback from customers and internal stakeholders and help shape the product roadmap Assisting in defining and analyzing key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to effectively communicate to marketers, engineers, and designers Strong organization and time management skills Ability to identify, document, and prioritize issues based on risks and business impact Strong attention to detail and with strong QA background, flexible, and able to work independently at a fast pace with high sense of urgency Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning Working knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and is strongly preferred Experience with agile project management tools (JIRA, Monday.com) will be favorable Fluency in both English and Mandarin is necessary 2+ years of experience working in a digital product team Benefits Our DNA is P-R-E-N-E-T-I-C-S.
