Key Responsibilities

Review and strategise Product Simplification and Rationalisation delivery in celcomdigi.
Platform owner of next generation product catalogue and own the delivery of it.
Responsible to drive SI and convince stakeholders to deliver new means of product configuration.
Work with Architect to strategise and develop roadmap for Product Catalogue in CRM and Asia Billing.
Work closely with other platform owners on product roadmap, provide recommendation and advise for solution design for end to end flow. Define new user journeys for CRM/Billing product configuration flow.
Work with Telenor group IT to drive standardisation and provice technical advisory for product catalogue related issues and directions.
Maximise OOTB capability of CRM/Billing products.
Review and enhance product data structure to cater for Busines Requirement or future needs
Ensure design and operational best practices are implemented for application or solution built.
Work hand in hand with various stakeholders (Product Development, CGTM, Enterprise Business, Finance) to realise business ambitions and goals.
Constantly assess alternatives and effective way for project delivery.
Perform periodic project risk assessment and develop mitigation action to ensure project on tracks.
Adoption of TM Forum Open API and standard best practices as much as possible.
Standby OnCall, Lead and Drive to fix production defects or bug to ensure fast recovery.
Define SOP that includes end to end demand management and all possible changes on the production system such as any service request, new change and configuration is tested in test environment and have gone thru proper CAB approval and operationally ready before deploying in the production system.
Guide new change configuration lead in carring out CCM activity by implementing proper quality control process and procedure as part of operation readiness and post go live stability.
End to end capacity management is in place to monitor product growth either linear or exponential based on the market trend and product offers and develop action plans to ensure the system is capable to handle the increase in offers.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years working experience in the related field is required for this position
Strong knowledge in Telco product management and life cycle(configuration, production activity, etc) related to relevant fields
Understand and comply with the company Standard Operating Procedures & Policies
Candidate must possess at least a Degree holder in EE, Telecommunication or Computer Science
Good communication, presentation and report writing skills
Project management experience would be an added advantage
For this role it is important for you to constantly have a customer mindset i.e. able to think and react in ways that will be beneficial or cause least disruption to our customers
You have an appreciation for good service level and customer experience, whilst having the ability to anticipate and mitigate problems
You have the mindset to \xe2\x80\x98take the lead\xe2\x80\x99 and deliver on the mandate
Demonstrated success in creating a delivery organization using relevant tools and processes
Good understanding of software development, project management methods and processes
