Key Responsibilities (Summary):
Engage with customers
: Advise, demonstrate, and assist customers in selecting electrical products based on their needs.
Drive sales
: Promote and upsell products to achieve store sales targets.
Maintain product presentation
: Ensure displays are attractive, stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
Provide product knowledge
: Educate customers and retail staff about features, usage, and benefits.
Gather feedback & monitor market trends
: Report customer feedback and observe competitor products to identify opportunities for improvement.
