Introduction We seek a Product Consultant to join our international team of consultants! The teams work with NetReveal customers, deriving intelligence from high volume customer data. SymphonyAI NetReveal provides financial crime, risk management and fraud detection and prevention across banking, financial markets, and insurance. NetReveal is our flagship product with a customer base of global top tier financial institutions. Our solution is constantly gaining market share in the detection and prevention of financial crime and fraud. The product is also applicable to credit risk, counterterrorism, anti-money laundering and other investigative functions/processes. As a key member of the team, you will be a vital link between Technical and Business Consultants. You will be using your experience and expertise to deliver fine-tuned solutions to the clients. The Product Consultant will be responsible for: Configuration of NetReveal to meet Clients\' requirements Contributing to different projects, delivering varied applications of NetReveal in cooperation with our local and global teams Participation in the preparation for, and delivery of, workshops with Clients\' representatives Tuning the NetReveal configuration based on feedback from both internal QA teams and Clients Opportunities for some temporary on-site assignments if you wish) Key Skill Requirements: Prior experience or equivalent knowledge gained in similar role Degree in a financial market or a technical discipline such as: computer science, mathematics, banking, or economics Knowledge of SQL Methodological especially with problem solving and understanding how documentation can be transformed into working configuration of software Proven communication and team working skills Confidence in presenting complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences Fluency in spoken and written English Desirable Skills: Previous experience using SQL Prior, proven experience in the Client/Vendor project environment, preferably in the financial sector Enthusiasm for working with Clients across the EMEA region Knowledge / previous experience in working under various project management methodologies (AGILE, waterfall etc.) Previous experience with: JIRA Linux (console commands) Application servers (WebSphere, JBOSS) Understanding of programming language principles (especially Java) Familiarity with ETL About Us Who We Are SymphonyAI is building the leading enterprise AI SaaS company for digital transformation across the most critical and resilient growth industries, including retail, consumer packaged goods, financial crime prevention, manufacturing, media, and IT service management.
