\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: MNC CompanyIndustry : Electronics/MoldingLocation: Senai, Johor.Headcount: 1Position Title: Product Design Engineer/SeniorTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM4,000 - RM7,000Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Participate in development of new products and product improvements with disciplined focus in product engineering design of connector solution.\xc2\xb7 Design and develop quality product and ensuring manufacturability with other engineering functions involved in product development.\xc2\xb7 Perform product design activity which includes translating customer requirements into product drawings and product specification, design analysis and verification, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, etc.\xc2\xb7 Ensure product designs are validated per customer requirements, respecting international industry standards.\xc2\xb7 Take Project Leadership role, define and reconcile technical DFM with Process Design team\xc2\xb7 Responsible for product engineering of responsible product line; and be part of integrated team anticipating and resolving customer dissatisfaction.\xc2\xb7 Improve product designs to bring about reduction in manufacturing cost.Requirement\xc2\xb7 Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of product design development experience with excellent grasp of Engineering and Design principles.\xc2\xb7 Experience in interconnects design industry is desirable. Senior/Staff position requires excellent design leadership skills and relevant product life-cycle knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Proficient with Mechanical Design, Solid Mechanics theory and its application to product design\xc2\xb7 Familiar with CAD/CAE tool: Pro-Engineer CREO/ANSYS\xc2\xb7 3D CAD modeling is a must\xc2\xb7 Familiar with engineering drawing standards\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of connector application, plastic technology, insert-molding, stamping processes is preferred.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
