Overview

We're seeking a hands-on Mid-Level Product Designer with strong sprint execution skills to design, iterate, and deliver user-centric experiences across healthcare and digital platforms. You 'll collaborate with product managers / owners, developers, and QA to deliver high-impact features on sprint cadence, ensuring every release is both usable and beautiful.

Working days/hours

: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Participate actively in bi-weekly sprints from planning to handoff. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes aligned with user stories. Ensure all sprint deliverables meet both design quality and timeline expectations. Collaborate with POs, Dev, and QA to ensure design intent and technical feasibility. Keep Figma design files organized and synced with JIRA sprint boards.

Requirements

3- 5 years of experience as a U I/ UX or Product Designer in an agile/sprint environment . Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows, sprint velocity, and story-based design tasks . Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, design tokens, etc.). Proven experience designing for mobile and web apps . Excellent eye for detail and visual balance, wit h solid interaction and UX thinking. Comfortable managing multiple sprint tickets with changing priorities.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor 's Degree in Creative / Graphic Design or related fields.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare or large-scale platforms. Familiarity with HTML/CSS/React for smoother handoff. Multi-theme or localization design experience.
