What will be engaged in?

• Produce high quality user interface and experience design that solves user and business problems with various UX design methods (user flows, wireframes, mockups, quick prototypes, etc.)
• Work cross functionally with Product & Engineering partners and understand the impact of your design decisions and communicate effectively to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Planning and conducting user research (user interviews, usability tests, etc.)
• Set design requirements based on the information from internal teams and user research
• Writing simple content to support your design idea/solutions.
• Articulating design proposals with product teams and stakeholders.
• Provides input to qualitative and quantitative user experience data gathering efforts including working with the data and technical stakeholders to ensure that KPIs of user experience are readily captured.
• Experience in using digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Writing simple and clear design/research documentation for multiple audiences (designers, developers, product managers and other stakeholders)
• Experience working with design systems
• Basic understanding of web developments technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
