What You\'ll Need to Succeed 5+ years working experience in product development, or even product management - IN THE INSURANCE SPACE Good knowledge of insurance products + attention to details Experience in LEADING a team within the same function Also, some business acumen of an analytical mind (Inspector Gadget mindset, to create new things!)
