In line with our expansion plans and to support our worldwide operations; we are seeking capable and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic organization, for an exciting career in the below position.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER/EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Involve in all stages of product realization/NPI (New Product Introduction) and R&D. Conduct risk analysis, evaluation of product specification, mechanical test, laboratory test, experiments and presenting the findings. Responsible in creating the product range portfolio and Involve in product strategies to match the global intentions of the brand. Organize and participate in monitoring market trends, clinical opportunities and competitors' activities. Establish product specification, technical information, packaging and labelling requirement and Instruction For Use for all new launches and, ensuring that they conform to regulation. Design new products and improve existing product offerings. Conduct competitor analysis based on samples and internet search. Contribute to new and innovative growth strategies for new ranges of medical products. Involve in product management, administration and coordination work relating to the department. Manage and handle customers' enquiries relating to Product Information, NPI. Manage, organized and continuously updating Product Master File systematically Conduct daily activities on product research, design and concept. Identify areas for improvement and changes required.

Requirements

Degree in Environmental Science , Mechanical Engineering, or Biotechnology preferred. Other Science related field is also acceptable. Preferably with at least 1 year related working experience. Good command of English. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and presentation skill. Result oriented, energetic, proactive and initiative. Enjoy doing both mechanical and product functional test. Creative and ability to collaborate across different sectors and disciplines. Multi-tasking, systematic and ability to work under stress. Some understanding of ISO9001 and EN ISO13485 preferred.
