About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Engineer Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting product development, sustaining engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting. You will work closely with experienced engineers to ensure product performance, manufacturability, and quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in product design reviews and manufacturability assessments. Support engineering change processes, including documentation and implementation. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities for product-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Quality, Production) to support product launches and improvements. Conduct data analysis on product performance, yield, and reliability. Help develop and maintain technical documentation such as specifications, test plans, and work instructions. Contribute to cost reduction and process optimization projects.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of product development and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with engineering tools such as CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
