Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis on market/industry trends for new product development and enhancement.
• To comparison, collect, compile competitors\' information which including features, performance, energy consumption, accreditation obtained, price and meeting with the development team to discuss product ideas.
• To monitor and ensure on-time launching of new products and work with various departments for new product trial run.
• Developing design ideas based on customer interests, budgets, and market research in order to develop and execute sales/ marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• To work with R&D and customers for data submission for various accreditation/certifications.
• To lead and monitor the development team and process to ensure on time launching of new products and conduct product training for distributor, dealers and consultants.
• To provide efficient and excellent information via business portal for any product news, i.e. new product or product changes.
• To ensure effective communication with other departments, i.e. Production, Regional Sales Personnel Material Control and R&D Centre for on time product launching.
• To provide efficient and excellent information via Rapid News for any product news, i.e. new product or product changes.
• To ensure all the products launched to market has sufficient information/supporting tools and carry out necessary training to in house as well as customers so that all the relevant parties are equipped with necessary info/knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s Degree in Engineering or any equivalent qualifications with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class upper.
• Good project management skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, solution provider, outgoing and sporting personality.
• Added advantage if possess basic knowledge in air conditioning.
