Product Engineer Manager (PE Manager)

This is a public listed Taiwanese company, which the parent group is the top 5 electronic company in the Taiwan stock market. The position is for their new motherboard manufacturing plant in Johor Bahru.

This position will be reporting to the Deputy Plant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the engineering team, leading the team to assist in solving various software and hardware issues in production.
• Assisting in the introduction of new products and driving improvements in the production line.
• Assisting in resolving product issues on the production line, conducting abnormality analyses, and promptly proposing solutions.
• Leading the implementation of engineering changes and ensuring effective execution.
• Leading the convening of abnormality meetings to drive prompt issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Possess a university degree or higher, majoring in electrical, electronic, communication, or information engineering.
• Have the capability for failure analysis of electronic circuit products and familiarity with signal measurement equipment.
• Possess over five years of relevant experience in electronic products, with a preference for experience in servers or large enterprise products.
• Have experience in team management.
• Demonstrate strong logical analysis skills and proficiency in English communication.
