JOB DESCRIPTION - PRODUCT EXECUTIVE

As a Product Executive, you'll be joining a team that is smart and very direct. We challenge each other constantly to improve our work, learn, and ask hard questions. Your challenge is to focuses supporting product strategy, development, and launch while gaining experience in our ecosystem.

What we expect from you:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the product strategy and roadmap. Align product development initiatives with business goals and market trends. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Manage bug triage and work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely resolution. Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and strategic goals. Collaborate seamlessly with design and development teams to create, enhance, and release products. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the development of intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces, ensuring timely and successful feature releases. Identify and manage risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to ensure successful product delivery. Develop and implement processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product development processes and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field. Minimum with 2 years of experience in product development, marketing or similar role. Experience in SaaS industry is a strong advantage Experience working in a Scrum environment and a solid understanding of Scrum principles, ceremonies, and best practices. Familiar in Agile methodologies will be an added advantage Experience in market analysis & research would be an added advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
