Profile Job Title : Product Executive Department : Product Team Job Category : Mid-Level Work Location : Q Sentral Organisational Relationship Reporting Superior\xe2\x80\x99s Title : Director / Department Head Coordinates With : Team and Inter-department/office Job Summary This role reports directly to the Department Head and working as a Product innovation lead as a Platform-A-A-S (PAAS) and will be tasked with acquiring and managing regional channel partners. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and nurture relationships of existing partners to ensure targets are met. The ideal candidate should motivated to understand the different aspect of how the product digital system works. Guidance with be provided and the individual must be keen to learn. Duties & Responsibilities
- Working as a Product Solutions executive specializing in Payments-As-A-Service (PAAS)
- Gathering merchant requirements and leading the merchant interaction in Regional Team
- Responsible for exploring and developing the consulting capabilities.
- Consulting on the payments product suite for customer centric solutions and roadmap.
- Correlating other innovative technologies and concepts within payments
- Lead and execute the regional channel strategy by building strategic partnerships with global/regional PSPs, platforms and digital channels to scale acceptance across the region.
- Develop programs to help expedite superior products solutions through various channels and monitor the effectiveness of each program and channel.
- Organize quarterly business reviews with channel partners to ensure business targets are met.
- Educate, cross-sell and implement new products to channel partners
- Work with country teams to prioritize channel partner merchant
- End to end deal managing in a fast-paced environment (including working with country BD, operations, marketing, and product to ensure the success of the marketing campaigns and partnership).
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
- Able to adapt new web technologies.
- A positive, cheerful and perseverance attitude is a must
- Takes pride in delivering good projects.
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
