Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Track the trends of product in market & to identify opportunities and threats

- To study and set product value proposition development, product pricing, product line

revenue and margin management.

- Fully understand the market, filter all collected requirements, and provide guidance to

product / R&D team for improving product performance.

- Involve in developing marketing campaigns to promote a product or idea. It is a varied role

that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organisation, product

development, distribution, sponsorship and research.

- Enhancing overall aesthetic and design features of the product and packaging to meet the

Project deliverables as well as all artwork proofreading.

- Keeping track of projects' status and communicate with key stakeholders, efficient in

managing project

- Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop sales

tools to support the selling process

- To have experience in writing Business Requirement Specification

- Submission of product related reports on weekly basis with accurate data.

- Correspond with suppliers and sales team on all product related products such as inquiries,

complaint raised by customers, etc.

Qualifications:

-Degree in Business studies, Marketing or relevant discipline.

- At least 1 to 3 year(s) of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG / Organic

background

- Able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes

- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

- Ability to multi-task, organise, systematic & be resourceful

- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

- Good communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin

- Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide if required

- 5 working days per week and willing to work at Sungai Petani

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
