Implement Amadeus hardware and software solutions
and maintain test systems with accurate configurations to support both functional and automation teams.
Ensure alignment and transparency
by keeping customers and Amadeus teams informed about the solution being implemented and the project status at every stage.
Collaborate across departments and regions
to deliver effective, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation
Review both
hardware and software
product specifications and
implementation
checklists.
Facilitate meetings to define configuration, setup, and tools for quality assurance testing.
Maintain data and support activities from product activation through implementation.
Carry out functional testing during regression and release campaigns.
Build dashboards to support product activation tracking.
Technical Relevance
Support customer testing phases including Acceptance, System, and Operational Testing.
Document customer-specific technical requirements.
Perform setup activities for self-service equipment.
Carry out unit and package tests to ensure quality standards.
Work with Operations and Customer Service teams during cutovers and issue resolution.
Relevant Experience:
Experience in product implementation, integration, hardware or software testing, or technical business analysis.
Practical experience in airport or airline projects, IT systems, or baggage handling.
Familiarity with self-service equipment and biometric solutions (e.g., facial recognition, fingerprint scanning).
Knowledge of software development; SQL skills are helpful.
Familiarity with Agile methodology (a collaborative software development approach), version control, and hardware components.
Clear and respectful communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
Able to take initiative and guide change effectively.
Must be
willing to travel both domestically and internationally
, particularly within the APAC region, for onsite engagements, customer visits, and meetings with internal stakeholders.
A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
