With its tires, Continental makes a significant contribution to safe, efficient and environmentally friendly mobility.If selected, you will be part of our CST Tire manufacturing plant Product Industrialization/Process Engineering Department, which is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.ResponsibilitiesOne or more of the following projects:
(1) Process data collection and specification improvements at hot preparation process area
(2) Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the hot preparation process supporting the Process engineer
(3) Support ongoing process evaluation, data collection and fine-tuning activity at Mixing & Preparation area.Contribute to the writing and publication of standard manual, work instruction and documentations for process requirement.
Assist PI/PE experts on technical documentations maintenance and publishing.
Become part of the Product Industrialization/Process Engineering community, contributing towards continuous product and process improvement activities for the growing plant.Internship duration preferably between 6 - 12 months period, starting in September 2024.QualificationsRequired Qualification:

• Currently pursuing a degree study with a focus on chemistry technology / polymer technology / manufacturing process or relevant engineering/technology course.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university.
• Strong foundations in data analysis.
• Experience with working with diverse and multicultural team.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, statistical analysis tool (e.g. MiniTab), photo & video editing software
• Be enthusiastic and able to collaborate in a team environment and project groups.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple to understand, communicable ideas.
• Curious and passionate about learning everything.

Desired Qualification:

• Strongly preferred: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Added advantage: Knowledge of basic programming coding skill (i.e. Java, Phyton, VBA).
• Background in structured problem solving methods and root cause analysis tools.
