We\'re looking for Fintech enthusiasts to join us as interns in the Product team to support Ethis in creating the financial infrastructure of tomorrow. At Ethis, our vision is to Circulate Good in the society through equity investments and Crowdfunding. By enabling any business to offer investment opportunities, our goal is to empower everyone to invest. Today, we count 100+ talented people from various countries as our employees and we are a truly distributed team.

Your mission: Join as a member of our Product team, supporting us in building our next generation products. For the time of your internship, you will have the chance to work within the Product Domain (e.g. Clients, Business Users, Data & Reporting, Tech etc.). You\'ll learn how to build the next-gen Crowdfunding Fintech platform, how to truly collaborate in a cross-functional team to reach its full potential, while learning and contributing to the roadmap of Ethis\'s current and future products.

You\'ll have the opportunity to:

• Learn modern product management skills, by managing the product backlog, and by refining inputs for our product discovery and delivery processes
• Be in the driver seat and actively shape how we build our next gen products while learning from Fintech experts
• Work cross-functionally in an Agile manner with other Ethis teams (Engineering, Growth, Finance, and Legal), as well as external stakeholders (clients and vendors)
• Experience the Global Fintech product landscape first-hand and dive deep into product research with a user-centric, data-driven approach
• Join a fast-paced and dynamic product-first startup environment
• Actively shape our product success by contributing to our mission to help millions of people in wealth creation through investments.

About you:

• You can commit to a minimum of 12-month full-time internship
• You\'re excited about Fintech, and are thrilled to build the financial infrastructure of tomorrow
• You\'re hungry to learn and eager to grow quickly -You are a true team player and feel energized in diverse teams
• You love to be challenged, take ownership of your work, and iterate quickly and early
• You are currently studying or just graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration/Finance or any other relevant field of study
• Ideally, you have previous work experience from related, fast-paced work environments
• You\'re fluent in English, both written and spoken
