If you are looking for a career with purpose, impact, and rapid professional growth, this is your opportunity!Job Overview:As a Product Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Partnerships team during the pre-sales process by understanding client expectations and requirements. Post-sale, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Project Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Client Support, to translate business requirements into actionable insights.You will oversee project progress, ensure seamless delivery, and provide after-sales support as the first point of contact for clients. Your expertise will be key in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Partnerships team in local and overseas meetings to understand business requirements.
  • Recommend suitable products and solutions to clients.
  • Work with Business Analysts and Product Teams to estimate costs for non-standard requirements.
  • Support Sales and Partnerships to finalize the sales process.
  • Prepare proposals and documentation for Tender applications, Invitation to Quote (ITQ), or Request for Quotations (RFQ).
Project Management Support:
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings to confirm client requirements and provide delivery timelines/milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Prototype Designers to create mock-ups/wireframes.
  • Review functional documents and designs to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Perform quality checks and testing before product delivery.
  • Conduct product training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for clients.
After-Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve bugs, defects, or feature requests.
  • Manage enhancements or change requests, collaborating with Business Analysts and Project Managers to estimate costs and timelines.
Operations & Deployment:
  • Plan and execute onsite product deployment across multiple locations.
  • Ensure timely repair and hardware exchanges when required.
Product Management:
  • Develop and maintain product guides, user manuals, and training materials (including video guides).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products or create new solutions.
  • Ensure products meet industry standards and offer a user-friendly experience.
Marketing & Client Engagement:
  • Coordinate with Sales and Partnerships to send quarterly EDMs (Email Direct Marketing) to existing clients with product updates and new features.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, including social media content creation in collaboration with designers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT or any relevant Professional Certification in CS / IT
  • Must have: 3-5 years of experience in product development / management, sales support or Project Management
  • Strong understanding of client engagement, pre-sales, and after-sales processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into product specifications.
  • Experience with wireframing, UAT, and functional documentation review.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in software, IT solutions, deployment is a plus.
  • Good to have: Understanding of Islamic and Conventional Banking products / Experience in charity domain
