Product Lead (Manager / Senior Manager - Architect)

Our company is looking for an organized, independent, and self-motivated Product Lead (Manager / Senior Manager) that will ensure the company's plan is adhered to and carried out. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head, Product Development & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate all product-related drawings and plans submitted by consultants before the tendering process. Ensure that all product documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Liaise with all consultants (architectural, structural, M&E) to ensure that submitted product drawings/plans align with project specifications and requirements. Work with consultants to address any discrepancies or issues, ensuring readiness for authority approval. Ensure timely submission of all product-related drawings/plans to the relevant authorities (local councils, building departments, etc.) for approval, ensuring that the project remains on schedule and within regulatory guidelines. Coordinate and ensure that superimposed drawings (i.e., integrated architectural, structural, and M&E product plans) are properly developed and submitted by the appointed consultants within the agreed timelines for review and approval. Attend coordination meetings, tender meetings, and other relevant project discussions with internal teams, consultants, and contractors prior to contractor appointment. Ensure alignment on project timelines, specifications, and deliverables. Prepare and maintain product drawing guidelines for consultants, ensuring that all submissions adhere to specifications set by the management/project team or regulatory authorities. Visit project sites (both internal and external) to assess the progress of product implementation, monitor construction quality, and identify new trends, ideas, or innovations in the industry that can be applied to current or future developments. Involve in researching, developing, and proposing innovative ideas or improvements that can be integrated into the company's product offerings. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance product designs and processes. Ensure all product-related drawings and plans comply with up-to-date authority specifications and industry regulations. Maintain a strong focus on product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Min 10 years of experience in architectural field within a property development company. Strong knowledge of product development processes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements. Experience working with consultants (architectural, structural, M&E) and authorities on large-scale development projects. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools (e.g., MS Office).
