The role We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Product Manager to drive our product vision and strategy. As the voice of the customer, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with a cross-functional team to create user-centric products that meet the needs of plantation companies in Malaysia and Indonesia. Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and ensure the viability of existing products.
• Write comprehensive product specifications, including use cases and mock-ups, to prioritize and guide efficient development.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify product opportunities and drive innovation.
• Prioritize product features and capabilities to drive success.

Ideal candidate:

• MBA or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field, with 4-8 years of experience in product management or a product-facing role.
• Certified Design Thinking Practitioner and UX/UI Designer, with a passion for mobile UI.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
• Comfortable working with remote teams and engaging with stakeholders, owners, agronomists, and managers in plantation companies in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Experienced in fast-paced Agile development environments.
