Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bWhat you are accountable for?

• Plan & manage Business Postpaid product and services roadmap to ensure meets its defined target, manage and improve existing products and services to maintain relevancy in the market.
• Deliver customer value, share of account and revenue growth through the delivery of mobile services and product propositions that deliver against the customer need and market opportunity.
• Manage and track targeted, competitive offers aligned to key product launches, market retail periods and other strategic & tactical initiatives, including competitor response
• Leading the value chain enhancement project that are aligned to Maxis strategic market intent and leverage latest market trends & opportunities, to grow and retain our business customer base and deliver against the Maxis Enterprise LRP (and monthly KPI\xe2\x80\x99s therein).
• Initiate and communicate updates for all new product launches including conceptualizing, high level financial analysis and pricing, competitive analysis, giving direction to Product Development, develop and monitor concept briefs and progress
• In addition to Maxis & partner product roadmaps and strategic, financial & tactical drivers, source, and where necessary validate, market insights, industry trends, customer feedback, and partner & vendor insights to inform and build the Mobile related product roadmap.
• Establish processes for tracking & reporting performance against key KPIs, and complete & present timely, comprehensive PIR\xe2\x80\x99s for related Mobile Product.
