Now we are hiring a Product Manager - Cardiovascular in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.LiveWhat you will doReporting to the General Medicine Marketing Lead, the Cardiovascular Product Manager will be responsible to drive brand strategies and part of the Cardiovascular country brand team to develop and execute the local brand plan.Key AccountabilitiesWorking cross-functionally to ensure the benefits to patients offered by Amgen products can be optimizedDevising and implementing marketing plans in line with global guidance to maximize the brand potential to achieve the brand vision.Ensuring all plans and initiatives adhere to highest level of integrity and Amgen ValuesMain ResponsibilitiesInsight GenerationEngage with external key stakeholders to gain insight about the unmet medical needsIdentify new business opportunities, develop business cases and plans for securing resources to realize the potential of the opportunitiesPlanning, Execution & Cross-Function CollaborationSupport Marketing Lead to develop long range plans, annual budget, and quarter latest forecastsWork closely with Marketing Lead to develop and implement Local Brand PlanUpdate demand forecast monthly and work with supply chain to ensure stable supply of responsible product(s)Design and execute promotional activities in line with the approved local planEngage and enable sales force to achieve brand aspirationPartner with the local medical team to develop and implement KOLs engagement planCoordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plansManage advertising & promotional budget to ensure adherence to latest forecastsManage and work with external vendors and Amgen Global Service Centers to develop promotional materialsTrack and report brand performance regularly based upon the agreed KPIs included local brand planEnsure all activities, campaigns, and materials (1) are reviewed & approved according to the corresponding SOPs; and (2) comply with internal policies and local code of practicesWinWhat we expect of youA Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business or related Science is required.Overall 4-5 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in product management/marketing role in pharmaceutical industry.
