Job Description

Oversee and manage the entire Cable manufacturing production process to meet output, quality, and cost targets.

Maintenance of CCV lines (China Machines) for Low Voltage and High Voltage

Provide necessary documentation and resources as required by product and regulatory standards. Oversee daily planning, organizing, and directing of manufacturing activities under controlled conditions. Manage the entire factory operation to ensure production of quality products for both local and export markets. Monitor and optimize manpower utilization to maximize efficiency. Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out according to schedule to sustain machine and die capability. Build and maintain strong relationships with machine parts suppliers and contractors. Ensure machines and equipment are maintained in optimum operating condition. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns for analysis and continuous improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or equivalent.

At least 6-8 years of experience under the Production department in Cable Manufacturing.

Familiar with

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and occupational safety standards

. Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
