Develop and champion card product strategies for MY card business
Optimize credit card product suite to achieve revenue targets and capture market share.
Manage product\xe2\x80\x99s end-to-end process flow i.e. rectify process gaps and initiate process improvement strategies to enhance customer experience & improve operational flow.
Lead & manage strategic initiative to drive credit card usage/spend, which includes developing and executing marketing campaign for credit card usage.
Analyse partnership opportunities, formulate strategy to meet profitability targets and maintain competitiveness
Liaising with different internal stakeholders (operations, credit, L&C, marketing) to ensure that all card programs run smoothly
Market monitoring and survey to ensure product parity and opportunities and threats are identified and quickly develop action to address
Develop organizational resilience and competitive advantage through people initiatives
Ensure product & usage activities and processes are carried out efficiently and are fully compliant to internal and external compliance/ regulatory requirements.
Engage sales channel to ensure submissions & approval are on track. Work with internal stakeholders to improve sales application efficiency
Processes*
Responsible for identifying and fixing sales process gaps/ breakdowns. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop process / digital enhancement end-to-end process (from business requirement, reviewing user stories, alignment with all stakeholders, UAT and UVT implementation). Responsible for ideation & execution of acquisition campaigns to drive card acquisition and fulfilment.

Work with various stakeholders on policy changes, sales process improvement, digital enhancement & campaign management

Adherence to GPS, ensuring controls and measures are updated and put in place to minimise gaps.

Training, licenses, memberships and certifications
Academic qualification i.e. Degree in any discipline (preferably Banking & Finance), or
