Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategic vision for the product, aligning it with the overall goals of the company.
• Create and iterate on product roadmaps, considering market demands, technological advancements, and business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive research on the target market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
• Identify market gaps and opportunities to inform the development of new products or improvements to existing ones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and leadership, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of the product, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions.
• Iterate on the product based on user feedback, market changes, and evolving business needs.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Banking, Finance Business Adminstration, Economics or relavant fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management banks, financial institutions, payment or fintech industries.
• Proven experience in entire product design and implementation process.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong logical thinking, independent, able to work in fast pace environment.
• Only local Malaysians are considered.
