You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.This is an advanced-level position within the IT Product Management job family and involves managing the lifecycle of a product, facilitating, managing, and securing the resourcing needs, defining product strategy, stakeholder management, managing a portfolio of products/projects, driving innovation, and ensuring successful delivery of the product to deliver business value outcomes.We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Product Manager \xe2\x80\x93 First & Last Mile based in Malaysia or Bonn.How will you contribute to the success of DHL?The key tasks of an IT Product Manager can vary depending on the specific product being managed. However, there are the tasks we expect IT Product Managers to do:1. Product Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, which outlines the planned features vs approved process (how they work) prototyping designs, enhancements, and releases over time. Work alongside your Business Product Manager, and stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value, and technical feasibility.
2. User Experience and Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences for your business Product Manager/stakeholders. Provide feedback and guidance on wireframes, prototypes, and design iterations to ensure alignment with business user needs and product value outcomes.3. Technology Vision: To possess a good enough knowledge of DHL Express architecture landscape & leverage relationships and industry knowledge from channel partners and enterprise architecture groups to promote innovation & steer the technology stack for a product.4. Release & Risk Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, including identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address and minimize these risks5. Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Plan and execute product launches, including specifications on how the product works to the relevant stakeholders.6. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key product metrics, such as user engagement, deployment footprint rate, and user group satisfaction, to assess product performance. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.7. Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with Development Teams, IT Leadership, Cross-functional Teams, and the Project Management Office (PMO) to align product requirements, strategic objectives, project timelines, and smooth task execution. Ensure consistent product messaging and gather insights for improvement.8. Engage Stakeholders and Manage Vendors: Engage with Business Stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into product requirements, and gather feedback for alignment. Manage relationships with Suppliers/Vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of necessary services or products.9. Ensure Compliance and Quality: Partner with Compliance and Legal Teams to ensure adherence to laws and regulations and collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team to meet quality standards and pass all necessary tests before product delivery.Do you have what it takes?

• BS/BA degree or equivalent working experience.
• More than 5 years of experience building technical products.
• Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving the product vision, and leading design discussions.
• Passion for building usable, delightful consumer products that innovate rather than imitate.
• Conviction to do the right thing for users, with a humbleness to listen and learn.
• Curiosity to know the competitive set and anticipate evolving technology consumer trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver winning presentations.
• Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and to thrive in a dynamic, discourse-driven environment.
• Experience with analytics, experimentation, and data storytelling.
• Strong English verbal and written skills.
