Job Description

What you will do:

• \xe2\x97\x8f As the Product Manager, develop and maintain the vision for the product
• \xe2\x97\x8f Be assigned the role of co-product owner for selected parts of the product whenrequired
• \xe2\x97\x8f Track industry trends and competitors to make informed product decisions andstrategy
• \xe2\x97\x8f Track and analyze product usage behaviors
• \xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with end-users and stakeholders to develop stories for feature needsand requirements
• \xe2\x97\x8f Receive broad project requirements and develop deliverable user stories for teamassignment with engineering and UI/UX function members
• \xe2\x97\x8f As Product Manager in a scrum team, work through development deliverables andpriorities taking ownership for the complete project
• \xe2\x97\x8f Participate in regular iteration meetings, and developing and prioritizing stories
• \xe2\x97\x8f Provide assistance to sales and project management team members as needed forproduct solutioning and scoping
• \xe2\x97\x8f Be the point person to collaborate with solutions or business partners for productinnovation, collaboration, and integration
• \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with Project Management, User Support, User Experience, and Engineeringto ensure the resolution of top user issues
• \xe2\x97\x8f Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constitutingPulsifi\xe2\x80\x99s Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes but is not limited to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management Policy.You meet all or most of these requirements:
• \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to inspire and drive product strategy and direction across different teams
• \xe2\x97\x8f A self-starter who seeks continuous improvements, balancing between innovation andbusiness objectives
• \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrable experience building and delivering highly available systems to users,preferably in SaaS contexts
• \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrable experience in understanding, analyzing and presenting complex ideasto a broad technical and scientific audience
• \xe2\x97\x8f Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features in a complex technical context
• \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
• \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders
• \xe2\x97\x8f Previous success working with an agile development team
• \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• \xe2\x97\x8f 5+ years of experience with software product development and management
• \xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years of experience as a product manager in agile development teams
• \xe2\x97\x8f Experience or familiarity with human resource practices and systems is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
