Role Overview
As a Product Manager specializing in marketplaces, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and optimization of our marketplace platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, understanding user needs, and ensuring the success of the marketplace by delivering innovative features and a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy for the marketplace, aligning with overall business goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies relevant to the marketplace domain.
• Gather and prioritize feature requirements based on user feedback, market analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with UX, development, and other teams to define product specifications.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the marketplace product roadmap.
• Advocate for a user-centered design approach, ensuring that the marketplace meets the needs and expectations of both buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Lead the end-to-end development process for new marketplace features, enhancements, and optimizations.
• Work with development teams to create and iterate on product prototypes.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the performance of the marketplace.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to integrate their services into the marketplace platform.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the credit or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit products, risk management, and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
