Why does this job exist and why is it critical This role is responsible to lead the design, build, execution and on-going management for all offers across core Mobility and Fixed product categories, Solutions and related services for our Medium & Small SME business customers. The successful incumbent will work closely with product teams, all sales channels, sales GTM, Marketing and CE to ensure that the value proposition sales enablement & experience and customer journey for Offers, and for key Product Propositions, is clearly defined & delivered. The Team is also responsible for ensuring that each initiative, offer or campaign delivers against both the customer requirement and Maxis Enterprise strategic, commercial, financial and market share targets. What are you accountable for Primarily focus on development, delivery, positioning & management of Offers & Propositions for Maxis Medium & Small SME customers Design, build and launch differentiated Offers that are aligned to Maxis strategic market intent and leverage latest market trends & opportunities, to grow and retain our business customer base and deliver against the Maxis Enterprise LRP (and monthly KPI\'s therein). Deliver customer value, share of account and revenue growth through the delivery of soft and hard bundled, multi-product propositions that deliver against the customer need and market opportunity. Develop, launch, manage and track targeted, competitive offers aligned to key product launches, market retail periods (\'Back to Business\' End of FY) and other strategic & tactical initiatives, including competitor response. Clearly define the customer value proposition and key selling points for each Offer / Bundled proposition and drive for consistent presentation and delivery through: All Channel on-boarding, sales enablement (at launch & on-going) and sales tools All BTL and ATL communications, Channel campaigns & support and advertising. In addition to Maxis & partner product roadmaps and strategic, financial & tactical drivers, source, and where necessary validate, market insights, industry trends, customer feedback, and partner & vendor insights to inform and build the Offers Roadmap. Oversee the consolidated Products, Solutions & Offers Roadmaps, and take a lead role, working with Sales & Marketing, in defining the key over-arching Business Theme(s) and / or \'Key Battleground\' per Quarter / Retail Period, and, thereby, how Offers & Propositions are positioned and presented through Channels & Marketing. Establish processes for tracking & reporting performance of Offers in market against key KPIs, and complete & present timely, comprehensive PIR\'s for all key Offers and related sales campaigns. Represent the Offer portfolio in planning & forecasting and take ownership for all aspects of the design, build, GTM (including BC & all approvals), timely launch and on-going management of each Offer, through effective engagement with all key stakeholder groups including Product Teams VCM IT & Solution Delivery Pricing Finance CE Marketing Sales and Sales GTM Channels Base Management and senior management. What you need to have for this role 5-10 years working experience in Product Management, Offer Management & / or Offer Marketing or other similar or relevant discipline Knowledge & experience of working with Small Businesses Understanding of the ICT Market, including international, market & customer trends and the related market opportunities & threats Experience in working in cross-functional virtual teams towards delivering timely & effective outcomes Excellent knowledge and experience of Product Management, GTM and / or Offer Development & Management Excellent communication skills and experience in influencing internal & external stakeholders Good balance of: Product & offer design creativity with Corporate flexibility & commercial practicality Experience with the financial & commercial aspects of Product Management (including P&L impacts & commentary Pricing Competitor analysis and Business Casing) Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel If this sounds like you, then we need to hear from you!
