Job Responsibility

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: visioning, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, development, launch, and iteration. Translate customer insights, business needs, and market trends into clear product specifications and user stories. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Development teams to drive alignment and successful product delivery. Oversee product performance metrics, user behavior analytics, and feedback loops to optimize adoption, retention, and engagement. Define go-to-market strategies and ensure cohesive execution for product releases. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify product gaps and future opportunities. Ensure all products meet regulatory, security, and operational requirements. Present product vision, roadmap updates, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Blockchain or a related field.

5+ years of product management experience

(Fintech or blockchain preferred).

Understanding of Web3 basics

(wallets, tokens, smart contracts, etc.). Strong English and Mandarin communication skills (both written and spoken). Excellent follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Strong in high level user journeys, flow diagrams or related. Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools for work efficiency.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
