The Product Manager will lead the development of the growth plans and tactics of the assigned product, engage in activities such as Brand Strategy, Strategic/Operational Planning and Execution. This position covers the Malaysia market. The incumbent will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners in Singapore, Malaysia, and regional team to deliver the assigned marketing portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing Planning

\xc2\xb7 Strategic planning to drive brand performance in ensuring successful market penetration and leadership

\xc2\xb7 Develop programs to maximize field selling efforts

\xc2\xb7 Develop business proposals and budget plan including forecasting model for management review and approval

\xc2\xb7 Develop and plan resource allocation effectively to address changing market dynamic and out-maneuver competitions

\xc2\xb7 Conceive and develop innovative marketing programs including digital initiatives and social media campaign

\xc2\xb7 Accountable and leading the product portfolio

Marketing Implementation

\xc2\xb7 Formulate, direct, and coordinate all customer segment marketing activities and tactics to launch and promote the brand, working with cross functional team, agencies, and partners

\xc2\xb7 Create and enhance relationships, internally and externally, that contribute towards establishing the brand (key customers, thought leaders, associations, and industry players) and implement effective KOL strategy

\xc2\xb7 Work with Public Affairs/comms led to drive Public Relation Campaigns to reinforce value of product

\xc2\xb7 Support CMEs & conduct product trainings to field-force

\xc2\xb7 Organizes and conducts competitive workshop to prepare sales teams against competitors

\xc2\xb7 KOL / Speakers advocacy & development

\xc2\xb7 Integrated Marketing Campaign \xe2\x80\x93 perception and message recall

\xc2\xb7 Track, monitor & control: Marketing programs, Sales, Promotion Budget, Inventory and evaluate Programs effectiveness and Patient Access Program (Product & Disease)

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in pharmacy/ biomedical/ science

\xc2\xb7 At least 3-5 years of product management experience

\xc2\xb7 Vaccine marketing experience is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Experience in digital and social media marketing is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Prior sales experience is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Good project management skills

\xc2\xb7 Mindset: Strategic, growth and agile

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills including PowerPoint presentation, verbal and written abilities

\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude and customer focus

\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and an eye for quality
