Kelayakan
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile development, and sprint planning
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Solid communication and coordination skills across technical and non technical teams
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and feature performance
- Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence or similar platforms
- Technical literacy in APIs, databases, and system workflows
- Define and manage the product roadmap to align with company goals and market trends
- Own and prioritize the product backlog across modules
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure timely and high quality delivery
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint review sessions
- Validate completed features and ensure they meet business and functional expectations
- Analyze product performance, user feedback and KPIs to guide future improvements
- Communicate product updates and priorities across teams and stakeholders
- Ensure all releases align with performance and scalability standards
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance user experience, retention and operator satisfaction
